How to find the email associated with my Amazon Affiliate account? my story

Amazon said it want to build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company, so funny...


I forget the email associated with my amazon account, so I am trying to find it:

A email sent by me to Amazon customer support:
Hello, several days ago, I wrote to Amazon to get help to find the email account associated with my Amazon Affiliate program, I got reply from Amazon saying that Amazon can not provide the information to protect for security reasons, and I understand this. Amazon told me to contact the site enrolled me in Amazon Associates program
I created my amazon account through HubPages.
Then I contact HubPages, they replied but did not solve the problem, this is what they said in the email to me:
Hello,
Sorry, but we do not have access to this information. I suggest you contact Amazon customer support.

I can provide any information I can remember about my Amazon account, help to find the email account associated with my Amazon account.(Probably I mistaken to delete one of my amazon account, and the Affiliate Code of my Amazon Associates is hubacct***-**)

Then Amazon replied me one email saying:
Hello, 

I'm sorry to know that you're having trouble signing in to your account. I can understand how disappointing this must have been to you. 

I've checked your Amazon.com account and I'm afraid to tell you that your Amazon.com account has been closed, that is the reason why you were unable to login to your Amazon.com account. 

It seems that you requested an account closure on another site that used your Amazon.com log-in (e.g., MYHABIT.com, Audible.com, certain international Amazon sites, etc.), this would have caused you to also lose access to your Amazon.com account. 

If you want to activate your account, please write back by visiting this link, and your account will be activated quickly:
